Our two main wedding events will take place on June 27th and 28th at Xalet De Nin, a beautiful estate 40 minutes outside of Barcelona in the Seaside town of Vilanova i la Geltrú, Spain.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Because there is not much to do/see in Vilanova, we have recommended a hotel in the livelier city of Sitges, about 20 minutes away from Vilanova in hopes your free time will be better spent in a more exciting town. Shuttles to be provided to and from Sitges to Vilanova on wedding and pool party day.
GETTING THERE
Sitges is about a 30 Minute away from Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport(BCN) by car. Rental Car available in airport.
Parking in Sitges: We recommend downloading the BLINKAY APP for easy parking payment and time extensions. Free parking is difficult to get unless you park a little outside the town. There is a free municipal car park by La Plana.
Public Transportation: There is also convinent Bus and Train options. From Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) to Sitges, you can take a direct train (R2 Nord) from the airport’s Terminal 2 to the El Prat de Llobregat station, then transfer to an R2 train to Sitges; alternatively, you can take a MonBus or a taxi directly to Sitges, which takes about 25-45 minutes depending on traffic.

ACCOMMODATION
We highly recommend Melia Sitges Hotel due to its affordability, high rating, and central location for activities and the shuttle.
However, feel free to book any hotel you like! If you do not rent a car, we recommend you a book a hotel in Sitges or Vilanova since taxi's are not readily available.
Please note that June/July is high season in Spain, so we recommend booking your room as soon as you finalize your plans so you don’t run into any issues with room availability.
